THE CHALLENGES 

As a relatively new central learning function, our digital insurance platform client needed to provide comprehensive training that would have an immediate impact without disrupting highly utilised consultants from delivering on their client commitments. Our approach included both theoretical and practical elements, ensuring participants could immediately apply what they learned and receive expert coaching and feedback from their dedicated Facilitator. 

THE SOLUTION 

The programme was designed with clear objectives to help participants to: 

1.Improve their understanding of how to present and communicate with impact. 2.Increase their confidence and capability in presentation and communication skills. 3.Develop practical skills to apply in real-world scenarios. 

We delivered our blended learning in a hybrid way, utilising virtual online facilitation to set the learners up for success, our own digital learning platform to deliver the course content and then bringing the cohort together at their UK HQ for a day of highly engaging practical application, supported by peer feedback and facilitator coaching in real-time.
